I've experienced this prob once when it was on R1EA037. I dont remember exactly how did i sort out the prob but somethings u can do in order to remove those app/games shortcuts are:
Restart your phone and go to app/games folder.
Then try to delete them one by one. All files will not be able to delete once but i'm sure there are one/two or some files(app/games shortcuts) which can be deleted.
Now restart you phone again and repeat the same procedure until all the files are deleted.
Though its a tedious job but it helps and the only way to sort it out.

IMHO, theoritically, when SEUS can flash Main and FS, and then finalise it with distinct Customisation Pack based on the phone's CDA, BROD can be fixed.
That's how KulanKendi or Davinci fixes BROD. So if KK or Davinci can fix it, why can't SEUS?
Perhaps not all CDA get this new SEUS service. Not yet. Just wait.

for the guy with the double apps and double games problem:
try this one.
1.Set your pc to show all hidden files
2. Connect your phone to pc and select mass storage mode
3. Your mem card and phone mem will show a secret folder called "system"
4. Inside the System folder, there's a folder there that contains the names of Java apps and games. I think those are java certificates (my guess)
5. try erasing them, either the one in the mem card or one in the phone mem
(warning! I do not guarantee this procedure: proceed at your own discretion)

I aint no noob.......(no offence)....i already deleted the ams and certificates folder in system of my mem card but it still showed the doubles ,even after removing mem card it showed doubles,
Solution:Open File Manager>Options>Memory Status>Clean Up Licenses ,and select all the option in clean up licenses like licenses w/o content and choose 1 day for all of em.Then restart ur phone and delete all the double and they will get deleted and wont give the freakin operation failed error......

Maz do you even know why you are using seus all of a sudden now or are u just using it for the heck of it? Theres isnt any new firware release out for the k850i but people who have bricked there k850i and got the brod can use seus to recover there phone.

Just use the update serice with the old current firmware it will restore your phone to the firmware in which it died on. Dont wait for a new firmware there may not be another 1. When it says (up to date) you have latest continue the update all the way through and it should work again.

Good thing with SEUS doing a complete wipe and firmware CLEAN install is that this may trickle down to other products having issues like the W760i - not as many issues.

The only way to fix the BROD is totally reflashing the firmware whether with the same version. And that's the solution SEUS offering us now. I reupdated(reflashed) to the same firmy R1FA035 with SEUS five times yesterday and each time it reinstalled everything. Before doing the fifth reflash i did a master reset and after reflash i've all the content again which was deleted by the master reset.
SEUS tells us that the firmware is up-to-date along with the message that if you're experiencing problems, u can reinstall the firmware.
So now no need to pay anything to any other client while u can avail the free & quick SEUS at ur home.

Hello guys, well after 9 months of usage, my K850 died this morning. It started when my touch options stopped working. I tried sues but no update for ASIA-LEVAN. my firmware was R1FA035. I hope my K850 will come back to life after the reflash and my touch option will work again. I was using opera mini mod 2 when my fon died.

I do not know if you any of you faced this problem before.. but I am facing this problem with my K850..
While on call it sometimes keep sending message to the first person on the list. So I had to put a dummy entry as the first person on the list with a single digit number. The result is when it tries to send message, it complains about wrong phone number format and doesnot send anything.
I am saved..
Do any one of you know about this bug ?

yeah my girlfriends k850 used to do that and i used to get the messages seen as i am the first person on the list.
this is down to that when your talking on the phone your cheek is touching the touch screen part.
a good way to prove this is to put the vibrate on for when you touch these touch screen parts.
another thing that you might be on about that sounded familiar to wat ended up happening with my girlfriends first k850 handset is that it used to press the left touch screen button its self, that led on to a new phone but even my phone does what yrs is doing ; but i get trance fur sound up on my screen. i guess its on of the many things u have to put up with on the k850.

i guess its all just a way to get money, if you think about it this way, if they released a phone with perfect firmware then there wouldn't be any point in bringing out other phones.
from what i have experienced with SE is that they are good phones but there will be down sides to the software and that.
lol but i wouldn't like to of bought a iphone, personally i would be livid if i bought the first iphone that came out, now there is the 3g version.
im glad i dont have to buy a new phone to update it lol. as far as 3g and bluetooth goes if you get me.....

I thought on the same line and I also had such auto press on the right touch screen point. However, I hit the phone hard and after that it stopped doing so. May be we have to live with such mis-designs... !!

No, there isn't. U can't recover ur messages if they are saved on M.S. after upgrade or reflash.
Even the phone gives you warning when u save (or move) to M.S. Did'nt you consider that?

Yay, looks like 3 Aus have finally released an update! Looks like they did the same as last time and got their own version number:)

Well, installed fine. It cleared everything which previous updates did not do. Vibrating keypress is nice. Megabass doesn't appear to distort any longer, but it's too bassy for my taste anyway (might be useful when on speaker?). Haven't noticed any major diff in performance yet (multi tasking will be the big tell). Is is just me or does the Media player now open on photos instead of music???

Well after all those months (since october last year) I have had a perfectly working phone, it has decided to BROD on me yesterday.
I was using the phone at the time, and was on a phone call, the phone just cut off, rebooted itself, and that was that. How bad is that, can't even do a phone call without it crashing completely!
I suppose I am lucky however, as it was my first phone, O2 are replacing it FOC, as its under warranty, so that is good, hopefully have a new one by the end of the week.

Yes, I have used SUES from RICA029 - R1CA037 - R1EA031 - R1EA037 and now RIFA035. I have never done anything with the phone before. I always update through SUES.

K850i still has the battery info bug.. It shows 100% for two or three minutes only after 100 charging. Then it goes down to 99.. 98 ..97 within half an hour while the battery is still 100%.
On my K810i it shows accurate info. Even it shows 100% after many hours if the phone is not used.
