Has anyone here purchased the new I-Volution case for the T68? What do you like and don't like about this case and do you recommend it? Vaja Cases

I would like to get the new vaja case but their web site doesn't work when I try to buy it. No one in this forum seemed to know where to get it.

Watchman,
I saw your previous post where you mention having problems getting to the address, credit card, etc. screen on Vaja's website. I was able to get to this screen although I did not go through and finalize an order. If you're using Internet Explorer 6.0, you may want to change your security settings to medium low or even low. Give it a try.

If it works and you purchase this case, please let us know how you like it. If it is anything like their PDA cases, then it should be excellent.

is ther a case for all the accessories, or a bag?

Posted by playero
potok, apparently Vaja is running a limited offer where they'll include a leather bag which can be used to store your phone peripherals.

Unbeleivable I was thinking of making a case similar to that to protect the corners of my regularly dropped T68i.

Someon keeps reading my thoughts and putting them into motion.

dont need any cases for the phone just makes it biger and uglier just my 2 cents

Regarding cases for the t68m/i:

When I originally got my t68m I decided not to get a cover thinking it ruined the look of the phone however a few months in my pocket with keys and wallet and god knows what else soon did its damage.

That phone was dropped in a field and is now long gone and I have learnt from the lesson with my t68i.

I popped into a Vodafone shop (hard for me, an o2 employee ) and managed to get myself a fully clear case [no leather, that really does look carp] which looks nice and jazzy while still protecting my phone.

I really recommend the totally clear cases to anyone. The one I have is apparently made by Body Glove but I wouldn't know what website to point you to.

i like the i-volution case... too bad we dont have it back here... looks really nice and tough.

I still like mine the best. It's an official AT&T T68 leather case that I picked up at an AT&T store for like $25-30. It has a detachable swivel clip, and it fits the T68 like a glove.

Sure, wearing the phone on my belt makes me look a little geeky, but hey, why hide the truth?

As far as those I-Volution cases go...

putting my phone in a case removes the feel of "sexiness" the T68 has to offer.
i prefer mine a standalone.

Putting your phone out of the case also means you got millions of T68 owners who also have the phone that looks exactly the same as yours.

The AT&T case does not even come close for brand, quality and style.

I have to agree with ferrarista on this one.

But I have to say, The Vaja cases are unique in their design, this from a view of a former Industrial Designer.

the ict-13 will leave a nasty mark on the phone in the long run (according to a friend who happened to use it for a long time). i use an ordinary corduroy (looks cool) case for my phone... protection from dust and then some!

I just bought a new oem faceplace and casing when the original got too scratched up. It is oem and total cost including shipping was only $40

I have this (unfortunately fuzzy) photo of my T68/T68i case. It's rather unique, but I'm not sure what brand it is. It allows you to view the faceplate in its entirety, zipped up with leather sides and back for a snug-as-a-glove fit. It leaves holes for the volume, infared, ring speaker, ear speaker, mic and joystick...however it does not leave an opening for any bottom plug-in accessories. I use Bluetooth, so it doesn't really bother me. It also has a removeable swivel belt clip. Groovy!

I hope this image is viewable. If not, just cut and paste from "http" to "=o" and see it that way.

P.S. I saw the i-whatever case and it's kinda'...

I like the cases at Cellexwireless

Full clear front
Quality leather case with swivel clip, offers a tight fit using a zipper to close the case.
Provides insert holes for attachments to fit; charger, headset, volume & infrared.

Made from plastic with any color lining of your choice. Protects your phone from spills or dirt and provides insert holes for; charger, headset & joystick. All cases come complete w/ clear swivel clip.

Made entirely of soft stretchy rubber, this case fits snug over the phone while protecting it from drops, dirt, water, sand etc. It covers the joystick, yet allowing full access to it. There is a small hole at the bottom for attachments to fit.

Which one of those do ya all like. I don't like the $69 one featured on this thread as there is nothing going over the top of the phone, it could fall out

@ LadFromWhales85....

I have the first case you showed. It can also be seen here on eBay, where I got mine.

I would recommend this case to anyone. Protects the front, sides and back of the phone...without hindering the "look" of the phone. And it fits like a glove.
