D-recevier sharing between two TVs/Plasma

I have seen those Location Free Play pak for watching Tv, movies,songs, on laptops Via boardband (location free) and Room link network media recevier for house base (limited range) useage. I was wondering is there any way or Hardware to share Digital receiver's signal with different Tv's at home WIRELESS? I know it sounds stupid since TV's and Palsma don't have Bluetooth or WLAN but still is there anyway? Pardon me if my question makes someone confused or it sounds stupid.
