try to clean the light sensor and make sure to hold the phone correctly when using the camera.
You can also use modded camdriver which are available in this forum. Just search for them.

Thanks for your suggestions but I have already cleaned lens and still not so good pics but will modding void my warranty? if not then I wil use custem cam drivers and which cam drives are good in natural colours as well as quality.

It helps if you decrease exposure a little bit (EV -0.3, -0.7 or even -1.0) depending on what you are shooting and in which lighting conditions. Experiment a little with this and you will take some good photos even with the original camdriver.
For taking photos with the Xenon flash, it is good to use Document mode and exposure EV +0.3 or +0.7.
