I am on o2 pay as you go UK.
I have enabled POP in my gmail account settings.
The settings on the phone are as follows:
Account Name: Gmail
Connect Using: O2 Prepay GPRS
Email Address: username@googlemail.com
Connection Type: POP3
Incoming Server: pop.gmail.com
Username: username@googlemail.com
Password: *******
Outgoing Server: smtp.gmail.com
Advanced Settings
Download S&R: Up to size limit
Check Interval: Off
Push Email: (Greyed out)
Allow Connection: Home Network
Copy Outgoing: Off
Encryption:
Incoming Server: SSL
Outgoing Server: SSL
Outgoing Username: username@googlemail.com
Outgoing Password: *******
Incoming Port: 995
Outgoing Port: 465
I'm still getting "server not found"
Do I need to install any certificates?
Any suggestions/advice and how I can get this working would be greatly appreciated
