I'll try to add the others;
fw (abbreviation for "firmware"): Software which, integrated into the hardware, carries out the fundamental functions on a device. Sort of like BIOS on a computer, it provides a bridge between hardware and software. And fw version is simply the revision code of a specific firmware.

unlock phone: Some mobile phones are sold to work with a specific network, and are "locked" to that network service provider. In order to use those phones with other SIMs from different networks, you must unlock the phone with a firmware hack of sorts.
