I have gone and left the damn thing at home now, and Im up in town today. It's basically the bar running across the bit where you put your thumb to slide the phone open. It doesnt look that bad, just me being finicky!

Well I bought this from a Ebay Business Seller, and I have the reciept printed from that including my paypal reciept where I paid £260. Is the warranty not validated via the IMEI through somewhere like a CPW service centre?

Nokia should also be able to validate the warranty via the IMEI without the reciept.

Yes the warrenty can be checked via imei but its a lot of hassle going through nokia

Not really, I had my 6300 sorted just with IMEI via CPW and it was fixed the follwoing day becausse it kept turning off...
