Need help setting up internet on w880i

My w880i is quite new and I haven't been able to get the internet to work. It is on the orange network. I have plenty of credit and also 1MB orange world access. I reset all the settings to default because I had messed with the settings beforehand trying to get it to work.
Anyone know what I need to do? It always says connection failure when I press the internet button. Java doesn't work either.

probably best to ring orange, or check their website to send the settings to your phone.

OK I've requested the settings from the website. How long do they usually take to be sent?

it's normally about 5-10 seconds at most

OK i have received a text and it said 'data message' orange save the text and when i click save I can either save it to saved messages or templates. So when I try to save it to saved messages it says 'failed to save message sim full' so I don't know what to do, I don't imagine it would work if I saved it to templates. So at the moment I still have the text on the screen, in need of advice. The orange site says when I've saved the message it should come up saying: "New Settings received Install?" then I'm supposed to click yes and then I get prompted to enter a pin code which the site has provided me with.

Any idea as to how I can go about this sim full business. It can't be full because I only have 1 msg saved there and when I saved it there it said that the sim was 5% full.
