the w910 is a very nice phone, a bit different. the k810i is better in a sense if you want a good camera but for genaral use i'd go with the w910

W910 = Better Video (QVGA as oppose to QCIF) and HSPDA and Walkman3
K810i = Better cam
IMO I really dont like the w910 at all, if you want a walkman phone wait for the W960 to calm down in price. Maybe buy a cheap k800i to put you on while you wait, those phone are low as there going to get in price currently, so you wont lose hardly any money if you catch my drift
