i guess if you choose the right CDA... then itll all be fine.. SEUS will recognize your phone as K810... yata ha?! not sure.. pero its logical that way.

what is the format of the f/w??? *.fbn or *.bin., the one that i've downloaded ends with *.bin

i think its *.bin, now im having problems extracting the file too...
sorry for the aberya boi! someone at SE-NSE forums told me to get files from there...
i just dont get it... its a legal file.. its *.bin encoded...
i guess the server has some reprogramming done...

How come mine worked? I had HONG KONG and when I did my update i used euro 3 and it worked fine...?

I just realized I never turned my phone on after firmware upgrade and filesystem upgrade, but i still installed the light effects, will that affect me at all? my phone seems to work great, but my keys 789*0# dont light up in camera mode...? is that the bug that I was suppose to fix? and is there still a way to fix it now?

yup., but if you'll follow the procedures carefully there will be no problems., the first i attempt to change my k800 to k810 failed...i reflash the phone using seus and afterwards flash it with k810 using XS++

Hey, you can upload lighteffects and finalize your phone with XS++ too without using FAR. Anyway I have converter my K800 to K810 some time ago and it works PERFECTLY for now
. but I had to risk a little , there was no such guide that days here .
Btw if there are any further problems you have my words to help you

i already uploaded the light effects., there is no problem about the lights when i'm using the phone normally but when i'm taking pictures the 789 has a dim light while *0# doesn't have light.

I have that problem too... but honestly, it doesn't annoy me at all. Yu have a litle energy save when some of the lights are not working
No, that was a joke . Anyway, the K810 keyboard hardware is a bit different on K800. It is true that light effects on the keyboard are controlled by the lighteffects files, but not them all. The camera interface uses it's own "lighteffects" to control the lights on the keyboard imo. so for now I don't think we can get perfection, but once CID52 patching is available, I'm sure we all can do that .

i tried flashing k810 MAIN firmware(K810_R6BC002_MAIN_GENERIC_SM_RED52) to my k800(bcoz of the photofix), and my phone displays "inactive sim" when i insert a other network sim.
this problem didnt occured before the flashing.. i can insert 3 diff sim with diff network(since theres only 3 network provider here in our country)
