Can't use inclusive minutes to call abroad from UK anymore

There are several services that you could use to dial abroad by dialling an access number, which you could use as part of the inclusive minutes of your plan. But now it seems the operators are throwing a strop and changing the terms so that such numbers can't be used any more: Orange now charge for the 07744 and 07755 numbers you could use, as are O2 for 0844 and 0870.

Are there any access numbers that work from any of the UK networks now?
