Can I upgrade my xbox 360 HDD to 120GB myself?

I have an xbox 360 premium with 20gig HDD, i want to know if I can put my own SATA 120Gig HDD in the case for the original one and still use xbox live?

I know that the HDD can be replaced, but worry about xbox live being banned, is this correct?

If I use a 120Gig HDD will xbox live not assume im using upgraded drive or elite?

What happens if I pick 80 gig SATA?

i saw a guide on this on avforums i think mate -

I'll have a look see if i can find it. It can definitly be done though - dont know about the xbox live ban etc
