not as far as i am aware. but at the end of the day if you get a phone not covered by warranty it doesnt matter what model it is, its a risk anyway!!!

i dont own a n95 so i'll just give you a tip., just simply buy from authorizerd dealers., and be carefull from fake n95.,

I did have a little trouble with the clarity of the earpiece speaker.. quite sure this has been mentioned elsewhere...
The fit and finish of the panels are not upto the premium retail price...

3 failures with the 2 people who own N95's in my office. Plus one other return for a phone that was working but just not as it should've been. With the phone they're on now that makes 6 N95's in around 6 months. That's 1 failure per month.
It's these figures that put me off the N95.

as i recall, nokia stated to replace some n95 sliders, cos some of those had way too much play
