Alright people..time hot heads had their own thread...i lose my temper very easily and sometimes fly into rages...but usually i get extremely angry and rude at the slightest of things...the anger is gone after an hour or so and i apologise and stuff...but tht initial burst of fury...i don like it and im afraid i may do something i regret later...
So this is just a light hearted thread for all those who lose their temper often! come on in and meet ye brethren!
Advice on anger management is also welcome

Not to mention that it is a total waste of time; school is supposed to help you for your career, and subjects like maths and science are gonna help you, not bloody ART HISTORY, HISTORY, PE, ART PRAC etc.

I can get pissed of some times- worst time though was when i head butted this kid- he had like been annoying/picking on me for 2 years so i had enough of it. Funny how people say vilonce never solved anything, because after that he never bothered me again. But that was some time aog and im not some sort of violent thug lol. And i disagree that its only kids that loses tempers, my dad loses his temper all the time and can piss me off coz he is the biggest hypocrite ever!

There's hardly anything more stupid than lose temper and hurt the ones who truly care for us, like close friends and family. Been guilty of this.

Fought with girlfriend and mom, network probs so couldn't talk with my best friend, my phone arrival got delayed,and my dad wont give me money he owes me!

Sherry and i have discussed this via PM and i have explained my position very clearly.
Quite simply i am 47 and won't take crap of anyone i am also a Taurean and there is only so much a Taurean will take before we charge and when we do it's best to get out of the way. I really don't lose it very often but when i do it not pretty most of the time i keep it in check. But pain and heavy Opiate medication's means sometimes i am not as tolerant as usual but most of the time if it was uncalled for i do apologise. I am just not prepared to constantly have people take cheap shots and tell lies about me simple as that.
