We Mac users don't have to use open source software are there plenty of apps (with many of them running better than the Windows version) for our computers. To date, there is not one thing a Windows PC can do that a Mac computer can not do equally or if not better.
Stay in school, do your homework and most of all think before you hit the "ENTER" key on your computer.

Either platform can quite admirably perform any task that well written software asks of it.
I don't really think what a computer can do is the issue (since either platform can be programmed to do exactly the same things).
