Hello,
I'v installed KeePass for J2ME application on my K800i. Next day (I was using this application that day) when I pulled my phone out of my pocket it was frozen. I coudn't turn it off, so I pulled the battery out and in. After that my phone kept on vibrating and the screen was all in white when I tried to turned it on. Probably EROM was damaged. And my question is, could it be damaged by this new application or this is just coincidence?

Imo the EROM cannot be damaged by java application... I don't think that the java engine is powerful enough and have permissions to destroy the EROM (and the phone itself)...

well it is possible that the application crash caused the internal parts over heat and damage them. But my K750 restarts when a Java Application causes it to crash.

No, not yet and wont happen at all. since J2ME is less capable than J2SE and J2EE which both served for enterprise solutions. and also the fact that a J2ME application runtime always require permissions to the user to access the file system and as of now the most powerful JavaMe Platform yet - the JP-8 is still far from being capable of allowing full system access
