not sure if this is a bug or not...
I'm using 3.3 (I like the shapeness and 25fps video recording), I noticed that when I enable the date setting, saving the images takes a long time. Anyone else experience such behaviours?

Posted by rockygali
@Ice

even with stock drivers, the behavior is the same... i guess its with the hardware.. or some pre-processing feature inside the phone itself.

@rocky

Thanks for the reply... sucks that this bug exist in the phone firmware... K800 doesn't have this problem :-/

takes time to save the pictures on Memory Stick.... is fast if save on phone memory.... I do this... I save the picture on phone and move pro MS before...

I change for safe on MS when only in rec video, because is fast.

But we can do it in spare time. We need saving speed in some moment. I think i'll try changing it... or just disable it from time to time.

Hey Milan!
That was an awsome job comparing drivers man! Really good pics!
You did it this time!

@Kop
yeah you did it too!
this is the best camdriver!
less sharpenning means less unbalanced colours, really liked the pics.
This one is great!

Spot metering further enhances the area to automatically adjust the exposure a very dark spot or area. Notice the crosshair on spot-metering mode? Use that part to aim at dark places and it will automatically set best exposure to brighten up that place. Try taking a dark spot with normal auto mode, take the same spot again with spot metering mode. You will see the difference.

OMG guys have you seen the K770i photos?? they are way better than the k800/810. It would be great to make a hybrid camdriver (once k770 is out). I'm VERY VERY unhappy with the k800/810 white balance. And i have a question for kopritis. like i said, i like your 3.3 driver. U can use its sharpness in 3.5, only lower it a bit. or tell me what to change (for sharpness, and for 25fps VR) thx

BTW. FOR ALL TESTERS/MODDERS/READERS. DONT POST ANY MORE MACRO SHOTS plz. SE can handle the macro shots very good, but it sux in landscapes. Just look at any test on the net. Macros 10/10, landscape or far objects 6/10. PLZ (i mean u dont use your phone to take pictures of flowers and other small stuff all the time, but for people and landscapes, etc. u use macro for 2-3 out of 10 shots)
