yeah. they indeed said that they took alot of pictures on their studio...
well you know, se is always famous of its bad indoor pic...
no wonder, there's no proper sunlight and UV.
picture produced may be less accurate than N95.
refer to Mobile-review will cool you down i think...
however K850 is still "beta", hence its not fairly comparable to N95 cause even N95 itself has overcome some f/w update...
so far im neutral. not telling either one win. but when the phone goes officially released. from that day i may start to conclude the picture capabilities...
except the video recording.
Posted by pedrops
I agree with you!
About the indoor pics, and K850 still being a beta
But I'm disappointed with SE new phones, k850 and w960.
They are still using the same processor... =\
and why not a 7megapixel cmos? maybe k900 =]
and a bigger screen, like a 2.8" VGA
yeah, in my dreams!

Anyboby can tell me what value i must change with generic camdriver for 35 fps and no zoom bug? I really don't want change any other parameters in my camdriver and i need only this. Anybody can help me?
Best regards.
Sory for my english.
Posted by pedrops
@art
there's no 35fps without bug camdriver, neither a way to tweak the camdriver to get 35fps without zoom bug and stop delay
=\\
but Kop, Number1 and Juming made some real good mods =]
try them!

I've manage to force flash on. I don't know how to add new menu option, so I change the "Red Eye" option to "Forced ON".
You just have to change in the “Internal/External xenon flash support, property 14” section, line :
seq_set_prop_e_3 = $sb 03; // Auto, red-eye
To something like this :
seq_set_prop_e_3 = $sb 04 // Auto, red-eye
$c9 08 // R5 camera version?
#COM_EVENT(5a,83) // Forced xenon 0b10000011, slow sync at beginning
$cl
#COM_EVENT(51,00) // Sensor scene "Auto 00"
#COM_EVENT(5a,9b) // FLASH_MODE 0b10001011: Flash on, RER off, sync on beginning.
$cx;
It works. I’ve tried it.
But I have to sacrifice Red Eye option....

@opexblue: can u find out for me how to disable the AF-LED (the red one) all the time ?
Posted by opexblue
I'll try.
wish me luck...!!
Posted by Raiderski
or... flash all the time after camera open
add this before seq_init=
FORCE_XENON=$sb 04
$c9 08
#COM_EVENT(5a,83)
$cl
#COM_EVENT(51,00)
#COM_EVENT(5a,9b)
$cx;
find this line in code:
$sb 00 // Default flash off
replace above line to:
#FORCE_XENON
testuser9
find in code all occurrences:
$go 37 1
replace all of them to:
$go 37 0

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll try it. Hope it doesn't have collision with seq_set_prop_e_

yay. that worked. thx for the info
thats great

thanx guys
i try but force off 100%
can you give me the file drive
Posted by Raiderski
opexblue
collision can be possible... i can't check i don't have K800
it's not a big problem just change _e_0/2/3 content to $sb 04; and that's all
actually i don't see nothing usefull in forcing xenon in current standard camera driver form. this will be usefull function in supermode driver

clarification!
is this 3.0 version the one made by Kopritis?
the reason why this has been a 3.0 version is because of the 35fps right?!
but the still image setting is the same that of the 2.9? am i right?
please correct me if im wrong?!
Posted by KTCY
nite shot is good with exposure time 1/2sec is really awesome.
but macro doesnt seems nice enough.
Posted by rockygali
@KTCY
naah.. not always, there are good macro shots, we just have to take note what the machine can do... so that it can perform better...
like how far should we take macros... focus etc etc. i believe version 3.0 by Kopritis is sharper than any other versions...
and those people who like sharpness that much.. this is highly recommended.
plus the warm colors it represents. good one. im using 2.9 atm.
coz i dont like the 35fps that much.
and with Juming's 20fps driver... im swapping it every now and then.
Posted by [c3]
ok, its the moded 2.9 with 35 fps. WHICH I Call 3.0
i know we need to improve the micro shots.
Posted by mali019
Hi is there a cam driver for over exposure?I have a k810i i tried the latest cam driver poted here ( 3.0 ) but the photos i take are still over exposured.Can this problem be fixed mith cam drivers?
Posted by savas1212
What about having longer shutter speed times like k750/w800/w810 drivers? E.g. 2 secs
Posted by opexblue
@raiderski
Thank you, you've been very helpful. But I don't want to use flash every time I took pictures. I just want to have force flash option. So in this driver I change "Auto" to "Force Flash" option.
Thanks again for your assists.
Here's the link. It is Kopritis 2.9 with force flash option (Thanks to Kopritis):

Actually from my 2.6 driver, ISO already set to 320 so the brightness not too high, anyway for macro shot using flash still there some overbright, sometime i want to lower ISO to 200 so flash will not affect over bright on object in macro mode, unfortunately until now I still have no clue how to set manual ISO separated with using Xenon flash.
But for force using flash is very possible, maybe I'll post my 2.7 which consist force flash in auto mode.
Posted by genus
ISO320 is not so good for taking picture at range more than 1 metre, and also black background....
it require to use micro mode, use the document mode, since document mode the ISO is 100 only when flash on. From the photo i taken, i found ISO400 is better for auto mode, flash on ( in my opinion ).

Yup, you upload it, but it's based on kopritis right ? I mean this one for my camdriver, that previously still at 2.6 version

Sorry @juming, I miss understood.
my mistake...

@Juming
I think its a dumb question.. but anyway I'll ask... can't we ajust the brightness using the brigthness controll?
left and right joystick in landscape position, or up and down on normal pos
so if you think its overbrighted just lower the brightness
increasing brightness there is crap... but at least you can lower if its too bright
Can you explain me what's ISO? And the benefits in changing ISO value
[I don't know much about photos.. only photoshop! hahaha ]

You already can adjust EV (Exposure) with left or right on joystick, it will anticipating the brightness, but ISO is different, which it an factor that determine an picture will be clean or noisy, more higher ISO will make it more sensitive to light, so in low light higher ISO will benefit to get picture get slightly bright in all area cause sensor will be sensitive, but drawback is picture very noisy (many red, green blue, and other dot like stars), lower ISO will benefit sharp and clean image, so you will get good picture that will have better result for print too, but lower ISO have weaknes that it not sensitive to light, so it will need suffient light to produce picture with lower ISO.

As promised early, below is camdriver with 20 FPS video record, no zoom bug, and force flash in auto mode, to make it auto, select red eye reduction flash mode.
Revised some bug, thanks to Kopritis.

hey, force flash is on when it is in AUTO flash mode, not red-eye reduction.. but i think forcing flash on the AUTO mode is better! rather than sacrificing red-eye reduction.
btw juming, can u tell me which part of the file to edit to change the FPS of the video recording? i want 25fps instead of 20fps.
