Hie,

Can someone send me the korpitis final version that has been modified to include the 35 fps settings? Btw, may I ask what kind of bug does the best pic suffer from with this mod?

Posted by calvin_5185
would also appreciate a guide on how to perform this mod...
I do not expect spoon feeding if you can't provide....Just point me in the right direction is good enough...

Posted by ikang
read the previous post... u may find how to mod ur self.

Posted by Guto_ViP
Calvin, u can find on se4u.4shared.com

Posted by calvin_5185
Thanks GUTO. That's what I wanted. But I would like to ask, which one is the best among the kopritis? I am okay with the picture quality of the stock firmware but I really hate the video quality. It really sucks. Which version of the korpitis will be the best for this? Also, I heard that there are bugs like the best pic bug (couldn't be bothered) and zoom bug (quite concern)....any of the versions has good video quality but without these bugs? please elaborate further.

Hi Guys,
How can I find out that the Kopritis 2.7 cam driver I'm using is the original and not the modded one to 08 sharpness?
Regards,
JJ

PS: Kopritis, you have a wonderful and Powerfull name for this modding stuff. Maybe one day we'll see a Stock Sony Ericsson with a Carl Zeiss Lens paired with a Kopritis driver ,Special Edition K---i.

Hi guys have been browing here for a long time. I never had the gut to change my camera driver but looking at so many good results i am tempted to give it a try.

After quite a few days of browsing, it seems like quite a few ppl like the Kopritis 2.7 fixed driver with shapness 08? I am trying to locate this driver, and i tried search but there seems no where to find it.

If anyone could direct me a link to download it would be awesome.

Thanks!!!

Open the camdriver0.dat with a doc-viewer like notepad.
And search for the following line: "#COM_EVENT(56" (Without the "")
And see if the complete line is: "#COM_EVENT(56,08)"
If it is "08" then it has sharpness #8 if it has something else it is something else.

EDIT: Oh, just came to my mind that it doesnt have to be a #number, it can be like this too: "#COM_EVENT(56,0B)" -
i dont remember if "0B" is #8 but im sure someone else can tell us that.

Posted by BundyRRR
This is no joke -indeed, this is school bus driver :D:D
I wanted to show photos using k800i in difficult weather conditions. As we know if the weather is cloudy, many camdrivers can't make good photo, photos are usually blurry and not enough sharp. I am waiting for good, sunny weather, take some photos, then tell, which driver I used ok
milan - no

Today weather was ugly, again
Ok, this driver is Genus 6.0 ( prize goes to milan91 )
- photos in cloudy weather conditions look like UCD 2.62 photos, but many times a little bit sharpest
- UCD photos in auto mode without good light are noisy.
- night photos using genus 6.0 are excellent (if we are talking about k800i of course )
- photos using auto mode with flash are bright and have very good colours
- document mode with flash is sharp like UCD and a little bit dark when we compare that photos with macro auto mode (good)
- photos in daylight are very good, not as colourfull as UCD but almost the same (last time somebody compared UCD k800i photos with N95 photos, and the decision was that N95 photos are not too colourfull but clearest (genus photos are clear and sharp),
- genus camdriver gives good results in all weather/light conditions
If UCD:
- will have good auto mode (I think good when photos using flash will be bright enough, will have good colours like genus one),
- will have night mode like genus camdriver (good colours, lack of noise)
then this driver can be the best:)
For now, UCD gives very good daylight photos, sometimes too blurry, very good document photos, and specials modes (party mode etc)

Anothes genus 6.0 samples

@eddie2020

mean u using the camdriver genus 6.0 sharpness 08 or 06 to take those picture include u asked us to guess the post on building and landscape...

u thought u use 08 but u got 06??

u using is 08 or 06 LMAO

Posted by BundyRRR
Genus 6.0 sharpness 06 in all photos:)

Posted by eddie2020
sorry for my noob question... sharpness is what for??

and 06 is better then 08?

Posted by BundyRRR
What sharpness is for? What do you think?
I think there's no big difference between sharpness 06 and o8, maybe if we use 08 photos will have jagged edges (if we use zoom) so 06 s better
But I am noob too if we talk about camdrivers modding:) - I only download camdrivers and take the pictures

lolx... i also dont know which is good... i have alot of driver on my phone

i got kopritis 2.7 08sharpness/genus 6.0 sharpness08/UCD withan/vivid/standard / number1 2.99.9 SE2/ goldmix 2.47 and 1.0

xD

now i wanna download 06 sharpness genus 6

erm... mean more sharpness the zoom in is better and clearer??

Posted by BundyRRR
No no:) I mean if you take the picture, then zoom in, photos with big sharpness will be jagged. With less sharpness will be better, so 08 is too much 06 is perfect for k800i/k810i (I think)
Mamy people expect miracles from k800i camera, you have many good drivers, don't expect everythink from these drivers. Remember, everything is up to you, you must take the picture - not drivers, so if you have good abilities, your photos should be better and better, no matter what driver do you use (of course try to use newest drivers without bugs )
Yes, this link is correct
