is it me, or is gprsman 2.2 fix v2 having WB bug (when switching, nothing happens) ??

Posted by G-Izzat
I think you're right, norbi. The white balance doesn't change.

And here's the code. Just add

#COM_EVENT(58,0B);

Add it to the normal mode settings. And property 14.

Do you think that the pěctures see very saturated????

Landscape = #COM_EVENT(55,00) // Reset contrast
#COM_EVENT(56,08) // Sharpeness 00 to 08
#COM_EVENT(06,02) // Reset exposure
#COM_EVENT(54,00) // Reset Brightness
#UPDATE_COLOR; // updates colour
#COM_EVENT(58,04);

Where'd you get your hands on number1 2.9?!

Posted by genus
That's good, with increase the saturation of the colour. But i think it is over if the value is 0b, why dont we try 0a or 09???

I think it is alrdy good enough if compare to w800i & k770i.

I tried alrdy, i think 0a is better than 0b for saturation of colour. Because if the value too high, this will cause some colour seem 'overexposure', oversaturated.

Erm... where can I download number1 2.9?

Couldn't find it in the forums listings.

@ IceCarpidiem,
It has not yet released.

Have some questions about these custom cam drivers.
What are the risks installing a custom cam driver?
Can i get back my old cam driver?
Does it matter what firmware i have on my K800i when installing custom cam drivers?

It is maybe hard to say, but is there any custom cam driver that is the best at the moment?

And at last, is there any guide on how you install custom cam drivers on your K800i?

ok thanks for u reply greetings

I think i alrdy get the enhance night mode setting, now will test on it, and choosing which ISO value is better. Much lower ISO, will cause much slower shutter speed, which i think not good, so just try it.

But this do cause the view finder slow down as twilightlandscape mode & delay bug & when infinity focusing mode it doesnt work & cideo recording problem...

Yeah!!!!! Everybody, just wait for my super 4.9 camdriver.

Your picture taken at different position, try to take at the same position, so that the difference of color can be seen clearly.....

i'm using 0a for colour saturation on my 2.9

Posted by genus
Yup, i also choose to use 0a now.

Increase the exposure time was buggy...if the exposure time extend, first is when the focusing operation...very lag, because slow shutter speed.
Still finding a way to fix it.

no big different.......try to use same ISO but with different Shutter Speed (is it possible to do so)???

#COM_EVENT(51,04) thats seems to limit the iso also the iso can be fixed 100 using #COM_EVENT(02,04),
i take it ur using #COM_EVENT(03, or something similar
#COM_EVENT(03,04) or below the cam won't even focus,
#COM_EVENT(03,06) 7,8,9 is just too slow it will take ages to focus and take a pic

try putting this #COM_EVENT(43,00) somewhere it should fix ur inifity focus problem

Nice picture, is that it increase contrast 01? This may cause overexposure on sky and white clothes when flash on.
Actually increase saturation of colour will fix the dull and undercontrast ppicture.

I think i may plan to get EM ( but not so increase exposure ) only for nightportrait mode.

i reset the contrast back to 00, i redone the nightportrait mode on my driver it's not using em but theres so much less noise in the pics

Yup, i also plan to do like that. Waiting for your driver first.

Hi !

Is it possible to "burn" the Driver-Definition (like "number1 2.89 fixed") into the EXIF Data somewhere so I can remember which one was used after some days/weeks ? I noticed there's an EXIF area in the driver but I've got no plan...

Some "White balance" (Driver was number1 2.89 fixed)

agai... where to add the L.C. code? property 14 as "Internal/External xenon flash support" ?? And here like this: ?
// Normal (non-document) mode settings
NORM_MODE = #COM_EVENT(55,00) // Reset contrast
#COM_EVENT(56,08) // Reset sharpness
#COM_EVENT(06,00) // Reset exposure
#SET_REG(40,05) // AE_XENON_ISO = 250
#SET_REG(43,27) // CC_R_FLASH = 0x2A (colour temperature of 6000 K for flash)
#SET_REG(44,73); // CC_B_FLASH = 0x70 (colour temperature of 6000 K for flash)
#COM_EVENT(58,0B);

@number1
I use COM_EVENT(03,0f) this seem reduce much of noise with little delay on focusing, there is still some noise, not so much. You can try it also.

Thanks for fast reply ! I already found all the drivers and used them !

But the problem is I cant remember which of the modded driver I used when I shot. So for documentation I asked for putting "gprsman 2.2", "kopritis 3.71" or "number1 2.9 upd 4" into the driver if possible.
Then I could read from EXIF and compare - even after weeks!

what if i dont impliment LC into property 17? I'm new with modding, so plz help me. I try to mod kopritis 3.71 final, to have LC. I want LC to activate only when no flash. In this driver property 17 is flash, so if i dont impliment it, will it work only in normal mode no flash, or not work at all. Any help is welcome.
this is how it looks in notepad now:

// Normal (non-document) mode settings
NORM_MODE = #COM_EVENT(55,00) // Reset contrast
#COM_EVENT(56,08) // Reset sharpness
#COM_EVENT(06,00) // Reset exposure
#SET_REG(40,05) // AE_XENON_ISO = 250
#SET_REG(43,27) // CC_R_FLASH = 0x2A (colour temperature of 6000 K for flash)
#SET_REG(44,73); // CC_B_FLASH = 0x70 (colour temperature of 6000 K for flash)
#COM_EVENT(58,0B);

Is it ok? And property 14 is:

//********************************************************************
// Internal/External xenon flash support, property 14 ***
//********************************************************************
// 0 => OFF 1 => not impl. 2 => Auto
// 3 => Auto RER 4 => Forced ON
//--------------------------------------------------------------------

seq_set_prop_e_0 = $sb 00 // OFF
$c9 08 // R5 camera version?
#COM_EVENT(5a,00)
$cl // Else R6 version
#COM_EVENT(5a,08)
$cx;
seq_set_prop_e_1 = ; // No external flash
seq_set_prop_e_2 = $sb 02; // Auto
seq_set_prop_e_3 = $sb 03; // Auto, red-eye
seq_set_prop_e_4 = $sb 04 // Forced ON, for service menu and production tests
$c9 08 // R5 camera version?
#COM_EVENT(5a,83) // Forced xenon 0b10000011, slow sync at beginning
$cl
#COM_EVENT(51,00) // Sensor scene "Auto 00"
#COM_EVENT(5a,9b) // FLASH_MODE 0b10001011: Flash on, RER off, sync on beginning.
$cx;

? and just add the line COM_EVENT after this?
