Sure like that, even u use 2.5 driver, the wood furniture absorb light with wide wavelength, so this cause much noise because it is dark.

i didnt touch any about noise, in camdriver didnt have any that setting for reduce noise, the phone firmware were determine for it, you can try with 2.5 driver, it also worse, but because 2.5 jpeg compression much lower (90%), so it give less noise ( blur picture).

If this give worse noise, i think the other will much worse, because my sharpness alrdy set lower to 02 and jpeg compression 92%.

Anyway, we should consider the 90% default jpeg compression.

For distance more than 1m, you can choose infinity focus mode, because at dark place, hard to focus.

I think we can set back the default jpeg compression 90% and try and see the result for the noise problem. But i think i just can help little, because the picture as you take, the chair and the table, this kind of thing will give much noise, i also got try many before.

Who cares about noise? Just pick a longer shutter speed and reduce the ISO? Is the code for chaning the shutter speed already working? Because, quite frankly that is THE way to reduce noise.

Until we can get it working, use NeatImage, you can reduce most of the noise with that if not all of the noise with ISO's < 500

Noise Ninja is better!

Noise Ninja? Where can i get this tool?

@Genus: Geat work, i've told this before, but
I recognize, that your driver have really more noise as gprsman's driver.

I compared your driver with gprsmans driver and found out, that he activate the noise filter from night portraid mode for the normal-mode and the results indoor pics are great with no noise. You have to try it and fix it in your driver!

But your driver, genus take tbetter flash pics.

So i for myself, took gprsmans driver with fix contrast from 1 to O and take genus flash seittng into gprsmans driver and the result is great. Good outdoor and good indoor, without noise and now good flash pics.

Thank you genus and gprsman, for your work.

@gprsman i use your 2.1 camdriver and photos with picture quality normal are better than fine! The pics sizes also. Try

flash settings from genus new driver with 1/30 sec.
night settings improved for better noiseless night pics

Try it and post your results

Thanks genus and gprsman for your great work.

use cloudy WB, there is nothing to do with WB, camdriver cannot change the Wb range, it alrdy preset. This is because i increase the color ( decrease exposure), so the blue color looks more than normal.
Even 2.5 also, the WB at the time about 7-8pm, it will seem blue color, so we need to use cloudy, because the auto WB range is not large, & i cant change this...got nothing to do...

@tehkek
I alrdy try before, reduce the iso sometime also not reduce the noise too, but the noise will only reduce when the picture is more exposure ( overexposure). I alway use neoimaging reduce the noise, it is easy and simple, just one click

some more picture

At low light condition, when you change the WB, it doesnt as in 2.5 driver, but when the light enough you can change it. I alrdy say i didnt touch on this, this is same as default 2.5 driver, until now i still cant solve this...

Posted by genus
@number1

Thx for the advice, we should increase the exposure and brightness when exposure property 0a, i will soon out the 4.6 full or 4.7. But i didnt see much noise....maybe is the sharpness and compression setting, i found that default compression 90% is much better, very less noise.

About the WB problem... did you hv anyway to fix it?

@Burner8
