yup. sry for the mess. But we are at the limit of the camera now. there wont be any major changes now (only a few extras). It would be nice to have manual focus in k800. any way to make that happen?

id go with N95 for the colors and on K800 for the sharpness...
tho both shots werent taken on the same distance.... N95 shot is alot close than K800 shot...
we can only compare color accuracy this time, not sharpness or contrast or anything.....

Mine is K790 an also using KG firmware version... are you sure the camdriver is 3.6final as shown inthe first page of this topic? If yes, you may have to PM Kopritis fpr a solution...

I tried every driver
but I am back to 2.7 again
everyone has their own opinions but I found this one the best.
I never got a better night pictures with any other driver.
you can see two picture posted by me on the first pages.
In 3.6 I found red grains in the night shots
but with 2.7 pics are just amazing.

in 2.7, the compression may less for jpeg, thus less noise, it seem that higher compression, higher noise.

I've looked thru pretty much every page, and have tried many of Kopritis' drivers too. To me, 2.7 is the best right now, 3.6 is good too. I'd like to try the 3.6 with 00 sharpness.

So I downloaded the driver, unziped the file camdriver0.dat to the files_to_upload folder from XS++, ran the app and uploaded the file to my phone, but nothing changed... I still see cam driver v2.5 on the service menu.
What did I did wrong ?

Oh, did you just chuck the file directly into "files_to_upload"? If so, you'll have to create a few folders. Directly in the "files_to_upload" folder, create one called "ifs", then inside this one, create "settings", then inside settings, create one called "camera", and chuck the "camdriver0.dat" into the camera folder. Use XS++ again and it'll be sweet
Sorry I didn't point that out earlier. XS++ uploads files to your phone according to the folders you create. So by creating "ifs --> settings --> camera", XS++ will upload the driver to "ifs --> settings --> camera" on your phone

you can change the sharpness if you want to 08 or 06 from 00
example:

Oh! i forgot to tell you, sometimes even at the stock driver the blured pictures it's result of out of focus!

wow, kopritis is back, can't wait to see some great new releases from you.
Also SE has released new firmware for both K800 and K810 (R8BA024). You should upgrade because I believe SE has improved the camera drivers inside the MAIN, this causes better pics with all mods.

I have made many the tests to the inside with lamp of 100w therefore little light and all the photos exit bad focus and with ugly colors .
also to the outside (this is photo the best) colors and focus bad spiacent .
The macro they are good this is one bottle mignon approximately 10 cm of height.
I hope you will understand where it is the error in driver the good fortune.
