Hello,
First, i'm sorry to post on this topic but I didn't find what i'm looking on this forum.
I'm searching for a step by step tutorial to install these new cam drivers on my k810.
I've found this site: http://www.mobile.gemtech.net.au/k800/ and downloaded XS++ software but i'm not sure of what must i do with it.
As I do not want to do something wrong i prefer to ask for help.
If somebody is kind enough to help me it would be highly appreciated.

I was siting on my office chair, relaxed myself and pressed the shot button. I didn't take them seriously. This is my usual way in taking photos with my phone.
I shook my hands while taking with Number1 2.82(I realized that, after all).
And, my room wasn't bright indeed (a bit dark)......
In fact, if I am to choose the one that is closest to the real scene, I would say, Kopritis 3.6 Beta or Number1 2.82.

Regarding 3.6:
-VR-fps and VF-fps is set to default (for some reason it takes much better pics) ---> The reason this happens (IMO) is because when you increase the VF FPS you don't give the phone time to calculate the WB, thus delivering a darker picture.
You may get even better pictures if you reduce further more the VF's FPS.

Anybody tried making the phone believe that the front VGA camera is the the real one?
The reason that you would want to do that is so that you can take pictures using the front camera (but lose the back camera).
You should be able to do the trick by renaming camdriver1.dat to camdriver0.dat .
I haven't tried it though.
Anyone willing to try it?

Just randomly found this thread after months of absence from Esato 
I've surfed around 20 pages of this thread, and I've found mixed reviews regarding all the camera drivers Kopritis has ingeniously conjured up
Could someone who's been keeping track of this thread please tell me (and I'm sure many others would like to know too) which one of Kopritis' camera drivers for the K800i/810i is the best in terms of photo quality, and the least number of bugs
In other words, which one does not have the video zoom or BestPic bug, and has the best photo quality, macro mode etc.? fps isn't too important for me cuz I hardly ever take videos anyway, so if it's still 15fps, I don't mind.

IMO 3.6 final is almost perfect, but only GOD is perfect. I think it makes N73 beeing ashamed of its CarlZeiss lens

I am really not liking the focus of any of the drivers.
In this case my W810 was the best with customized drivers
specially with Krimag and Blksnaker's
Can we do something about this
macro should be macro
we have to use document mode to get good pictures
neways this driver clickes better then the original driver
but macro fails most of the times.
till date I am finding 2.7 the best for sharpness as well as clarity

i agree with you. i stil find the 2.7 on top. plus, it has a higher video frame rate. but still, i hai kopritis n number1 who dedicated their time in improving the cam driver. i believe, later on we can achieve the almost perfect cam driver for our phone.

yup. i tried it. but i was not impressed on the pictures that i took from it. plus, kop returned the video frame rate to the original, i dont prefer it like that. i compared it with my other drivers, but i havent noticed big difference on it.

When i bought k750, then start modding CID36(i try to modding my k750, then i find my phone is CID49)
after 2 month i sell my k750...
After that go modding CID49 :S And i want to buy again k750, but i think and decide to buy k800 in August this year
k800 is better, but i want better pics( better cam driver
)
But i still love k750, and want to buy again
But think
K750 CID36 have better photos, when i planed to buy k800 i take look on lot of pics taken with k800 and WOW, but my k800 doesnt take good pics

sorry for the bad pics, if thats what you think. fyi, i dont drink and or smoke. i took those pics coz its the nearest to my pc so that i can easily change the cam driver after i tok the pictures.maintaining the lighting of the surrounding is essential to have a good comparison of the pictures.

i took the pictures during night time to see whether the jagged edges are still there. these cam drivers can easily perform good during night time as i have always used them. so now, i tried them at night. sorry for the blurry picture, i had to maintain the speed of changing the cam driver.

Guys! try to put the sharpness of camdriver like k850... gives gr8 results!
open the camdriver with a notepad and change this in to my mod:
#COM_EVENT(56,06) // ff for Reset sharpness
in to this:

and make some test shots...
