Yes, I believe some phones do allow such a feature. Siemens for example will allow u to send your entire phone book via BT or IR to another compatible phone. Check advanced options in your phone book menu to see if you will find the "send all" tab.

And the same for SE phones. Just go to the contacts, then options, advanced, send all contacts. You cant send sms nor mms.

i donno if this is available for samsungs. why dont you ask at the Other manufacturers forum? you could find help in there. though miss uk could also.
