The software for transferring files from my PC to my w850i no longer recognises that there is a phone attached to my PC.
On the rare occasion that it does recognise it, i look in the folder to find absolutely nothing, as if the phone is empty of all files and folders.
Does anyone know what is wrong or if there is a fix??
