W900 camere problem

I recently changed the housing on my w900i and it's the worst thing i ever did! When i go to the camera it says that i should close the swivel phone to use the camera. The problem is that the phone is not recognising that the swivel is closed. I've looked everywhere internally on the phone and i cant seem to find any kind of switch.

If anyone could help me out let me know.
