Will flashing with XS++ and FAR delete the content on my phone, themes, games, contacts. Also will it delete the [preloaded content. I WANT TO KEEP ALL PRE LOADED CONTENT is there a way. ?

if you flash the File system, everything will go which is on the phone. it probably will reload all the preloaded content when you flash a new FS to the phone
EDIT: if you just flash the MAIN all your files will still be on the phone

when i upgraded a CID49 k750i to a w800i, i just flashed (with XS++) the main fw and all my files were still there.
