Big k810 problem - Esato archive

Hi guys

I have had my k810 for about a month and its been an AWSOME phone!

However I have a big problem with it. When ever I switch it on for a second I have full signal then all the bars just go. Thats it, I have no bars, no signal and I cant make or recieve calls/sms.

Can any one tell me what the problem is and how to resolve it?

Or shall I just take it in on Monday? (Cant over the weekend)

if it's not a problem from your operator, try a master reset.

Thanks tranced. There are a few protected files I wanna keep. Is there a software so I can store them on my memory stick?

if the files that are protected(sony ericsson's files?) and you perform a master reset the files will be there again, imo.
