Is there a good IR app? w700i

I just got myself a w700i and was wondering if there is some software that will allow me to control other devices (TV's etc.) with it's IR port.
Also, is there anything else you would recommend me to get for this phone? Other good apps...

the IR range is too short. so there's no need of having an app like that, imo.
