hi all, i am trying to update my phone via seus but when i run the programme all i get is a error message stating " could not locate a java virtual machine" i have the latest version of java installed and am using a unlocked sim free w950i

goto java.com to check that your java works ok.

thanks for that, the test i ran said i already had the latest version, so i downloaded it again and reinstalled java, but still no joy!!

Uninstall seus and reinstall it.
