Just because it doesn't have a video call camera doesn't mean it doesn't have 3G. The M600i and W950i doesn't have video cameras or cameras at all for that matter and it's still 3G. No video call cameras doesn't mean no 3G.

samsung cameras typically were able to capture document text better than any other phone's brand even though they have no autofocus and macro. thanks to it's small camera lens aperture rating making those things possible
with their excellent technology they were able to incorporate 3mp camera sensor in a 5.9/ slim phone without having enormous noise in it's images so i'm sure slimness is not a problem for their camera phones

Samsung unveils G600 5mp phone
Today Samsung officially confirmed the Samsung G600 - its latest 3G cameraphone armed with an impressive 5 megapixel camera. According to the manufacturer, it should be the slimmest slider of its class with only 14,9 mm.
The Samsung G600 features Bluetooth v2.0, a FM radio with RDS, USB 2.0 support and a microSD slot. The G600's TFT display measures good 2.3" and boasts QVGA (320 x 240 pixels) resolution.
Nice 'model' samsung!
The Samsung G600 should first ship in Europe, but the exact release date is still unknown - so is its pricing

agree, samsung is the leader in LCD displays and i was very impressed with their phone model's LCD quality. very exceptional

Looks like a nice hand set, but i still prefer the F700, it will be the first samsung i own, but i feel its a must have, considering the amount of problems iv had with my N95

Theres only three things its got going for it, but not at that price:
-The external screen and smooth white finish - looks kinda appealing
-The 'nest', a little white docking station it comes with that mounts it sideways and lets it be used as a portable stereo, an alarm clock etc, kinda nifty.
-The 2GB internal memory, and it still has a microSD card slot capable of storing a further 2GB. Ipod each your heart out
shame about the audio quality though...

And I got it after we started selling it lol, so hardly a jump start.
First impressions are it's ok, but slow, and it crashes whenever I try to Bluetooth my phonebook across to it. And it's quite big, but I guess 2GB internal memory does that.
