OK got this V802se, and am having problems with the camera. When you turn the camera on, you can record video no problem, but when you take a picture, it makes the shutter sound, and then goes straight back to the main menu, and the picture is not stored. Is this a software glitch, or not. Will a reflash sort this out.

Have you got enough memory on memory card?
However, if this is firmware problem then full flash will sort it out for you.
BTW, Z800 is great phone....still got mine as second handset
