Nokia Equiliser settings

Can somebody post a picture of his/her eq settings, I just want to try different settings and see what suites me best. I am really dull about this, and dont know what each slider means.

each slider relates to Hz...

it works from treble on the left to bass on the right!

I think its bass on the left.

I normally set it in a U shape, full bass, medium mid range and full treble. But it still gonna suck on a Nokia hehehe!

yes, but i cannot seem to get the right mix of it. i am sure what i am using right now, it can be better than that.

Nah if you got it in the U shape then its not the equiliser settings its the Nokio!
Maybe change yr headsets.

afaik, it's treble (high frequency) on the right and bass (low frequency) on the left...

i possibly got it the wrong way round..

I'm trying to remember back to the 80s where my HIFI had a graphic equalizer on it!!

why don't you just try the various presets, see what comes closest, and then select "edit" to slightly fiddle it to your liking? As aatuif said, it's low to high from left to right... Just trying other people's setting is sort of futile because different ears and earphones mean different sound! Plus, a setting that's great for guitar-heavy punk, will probably sound crap with hiphop or accoustic rock... A live recording needs a different setting to some slick studio sound etc etc!
