@ OP: Some memory has been clogged up. Restart your phone and try. If that doesn't work take out the batt, wait 30 secs, put it back in and try again.

@charge: i know it is painful but there's not another way, at least your option works. this problem has happened with k790/k800/w850 and the only way it got solved was upgrading the firmware. now, i hope the way you said works.

I've already tried it ( Taking the battery and udating my firmware)... but i can't access it anymore when i tried to open it said "operation failed"

why dont you flash your phone with wotan or you updated it with wotan already?
