positive thinking guys..... come on, look at whats in your life thats good - and dont say nothing coz if thats the case you clearly havent had a look around the world these days have you?

i recently (;like a4 months) went through a mental break up.... well gay to be fair, but thinking about whats ahead of me and what potential there is has really helped me... plenty more fish in the sea, chin up dude!

as for a quick fix... hmmmm buy a mini - it helped me

valium? Alcohol? Sleeping pills?... Why has noone yet suggested to become a male prostitute and get hooked on heroin cause that's quite tiring? What firendly advice...valium and drink...
How about: get over it! Life sucks and sometimes big time! Take the time to "mourn", to be pissed off... That is life! And don't punch people or it hurts... Valium!

valiums a prescription drug! totally clean it numbs you to negative feelings and helps you sleep! better than alcohol pot, pills! If he went to the doctors he would possibly be prescribed it!

Valium, is a drug which is a benzodiazepine derivative. It possesses anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, sedative, skeletal muscle relaxant and amnestic properties. This makes it a useful drug for treating anxiety, insomnia, seizures, alcohol withdrawal, and muscle spasms.

sooo what exactly??? So is morphium - which is btw heroin? Are prescription drugs not addictive? If you think valium is totally clean you better stay on them they are habit-forming: my dead best friend would explain it better but he can't... completely clean

(p.s. A hint: one of the "common" side-effects of valium are "depressions" - just what taz... needs!?)

i dont want a flamming match, the guys life is in pieces and he want to sleep! valium can does and would help! it was just a suggestion and your negativity is not helping! ive been through a rough patch with my GF and took some valium the other night and got a really good nights sleep and felt alot better for it! im not stupid enough to get hooked on the stuff i just took some because my life was in pieces! you need to hit rock bottom beofore you can get back up again

i was never suggesting to take valiums for prolonged periods of time, just maybe get messy one night have a great time have a right good sleep and feel better for it!

And what i would suggest is to go out and get cracked in to some ladies its the best way to occupy your time and you will find someone that isnt a total bitch!

i don't want a flaming-match either and I don't weant to argue over taz's head... But the fact is: one drug (alcohol) played a role in making his situation worse...so I think throwing in another drug or more of the first one may not be the best advice in this case! i'm not against drink or drugs!
That's all - I could use a valium now and again

I'd agree with maggflod here...

Personally I wouldn't take anything, first thing would be to accept life isn't all roses. Everyone has their rough patches, you just have yours... It happens to the best of us.

As for sleeping, one thing that would keep you up is thinking... so don't. Focus on your breathing and clear your mind. I've slept only 4 days out of the 7 in a week for months now... but focusing only on breathing helps me sleep within say 20mins as opposed to 3/4 hours.

You just have a bit of bad luck that's all mate, time's a great healer
