How do i flash using the COM service cable?

My phone is V800 (branded version of Z800). I want to modify it's configuration file to silence the camera shutter sound. I have a COM cable, which is apparently the service cable. I manage to connect using the PC Suite software, but i cannot connect using any flashing tools. I have tried unlocking and unreserving the COM port from the Suite but it doesn't help. How can i go to flashing mode using the service cable?

If you got a COM cable that you can connect to with the PC Suite, know - it is not a service cable - service cables are not recognized by standart phone managing software (like SE PC Suite, MyPhoneExplorer and others).
If it actually is a service cable, you should be able to connect to it with special software (like FAR+SEFP for sure).
