Everytime I make a call with my D900i
the other person on the other end is having difficulty hearing me,

In options once in the call Voice Clarity and Whisper Mode is always on, you have to go into options everytime on call to switch these off which is annoying does anyone else have this trouble?

once there off the recipient can hear me fine but these options are a right nightmare and I cannot find any option on the phone setting to turn them off and the phones manual doesn't even mention them Grrr

any ideas guys appart from that it's a much better phone then the K800i design wise very Girly looking

What do you expect from a samsung!!

@miss uk - Dispatch your D900 - pronto ! Then get a silver K800i - again !

Drop that D900 and get a K810 since you dont like K800

The phones nice though easy to use and it's very lady looking.

K800i was ok just was bored of it after a while,
K810i is the same but with different keys no thanks!

Samsung have told me that those 2 functions cannot be turned off all the time, im just hoping now ive got bad reception when phoning my friends in the Smethwick area as the reception seems crackley apparentley as my mates are saying and they cannot hear me lol

@miss uk - Maybe it's time to go back to the basics morse code . . . I mean - SMS.

Posted by Miss UK
lol yep JoJo...

fingers crossed it's a bad connection/transmitter signal over here to that area

My mom phoned me and she didn't say anything about the reception? lmao

Posted by *Jojo*
@miss uk - Maybe your MOM did NOT hear anything you said talk to her in the landline dear . . .

Posted by Miss UK
She phoned me using her landline lol
her mobile broke and she wanted to know if I had 1 told her no

she's ordered a Z310i lmao

@miss uk - an off-beat reply here . . . does she want you back in her place

Posted by Miss UK
No I told her I wouldn't move back in she didn't look very happy when I said I lived in a much nicer place

I went over thursday to hers I think I recall mentioning it

Posted by *Jojo*
@miss uk - Now she knew that you are living in a NICER place . . . maybe she will be the one NOW who will move to . . . YOUR place

Hmm today I made a phonecall to my moms then to a old colleage both different locations my mother said there was no probs with the call,
my ex colleage could hear me but did ask me to repeat myself twice, phoned my friend in Smethwick area again and he call was terrible at her end, I suspect theres a problem with Oranges transmitters round there or is it a 02 to Orange dispute round there lmao!!!!

@miss uk - Did NOT you think that your Samsung's 'mic' (mouth-piece) has a problem I mean, maybe it needed some cleaning or . . . to be replaced - at worst

Posted by Miss UK
Mic seems fine it's very clear,
dialing 1471 though sounds abit naff but calls are clear I can hear people very clearley, it's just calls on the other end thats the problem to some locations
