W800 player issue.

whenever I try to lauch the player or just add some files\mp3 to the playlist,it says "operation failed" and then restart itself.

I gues its something with the files,I have the latest firmware (R1BC002)... is there anyway to manually update the player files?
( I have FAR manager).

solved.
it was one mp3 file,that was added,and made the problem.
deleted it,and the problem has been solved.
