with nop you can access only wap sites-sites specially made for phones. those you can browse with your builtin phone browser. you can't access regular web sites. for using java app like mig33, opera you need a TCP/IP or http connection, which is possible with mobile office only. with mo you can access both regular web as well as wap sites also.

6030 has very limited capability as far as gprs/internet is concerned... biggest drawback is that java apps need apn only account, which sucks big...

I am 95% sure you can access opera with nop, just try on any other handset first to fully verify...
6030 is a gr8 phone, only disadvantage is that it needs apn profile for java apps...

I did some search on google and found that the NOP-net, you can use on phone and MO-net, you can use on pc. Am i right? (Because i never use the gprs on airtel)
If it's true then you can access opera etc on phone via nop.
On my network both (nop and mo) are merged to a single one.

Idea in Delhi has "Wap 99" and "Internet On Mobile 300" plans on IOM they support these java clients.
AirTel also has "NOP 99" and "MO 300". But when I requested AirTel for MO they say this its not avialable for Delhi subcribers.
So, I couldn't have "Mobile Office" and could not use Opera Mini
However, I can access all the websites. I can use "Opera full for Mobiles" which runs on my NOP and I can use "mycoogee" (an msn messenger & a file sharing service). I recently tried "PeerBox"......All these applications are working great on My AirTel- NOP (Delhi).

opera mini, mig33 and most other java apps shud work with nop. I ve used them when i had nop. Only those apps that require socket access like mxit, wayfinder beta, inbuilt email client on mobiles, etc wont work with nop.. As for 6030 , that fone sucks. Try using a se fone and you shud be able to use nop on most java applications..
