Here is a topic where we can post link and pics of the weirdest/coolest phones that won't make it out of their countries.

I expect to see the beautiful and the ugly, the truely innovative and the blatant copying.

Try not to post any fakes or Photoshop, only phones which are available or soon to be released.

If you give a link to another website, try to post a pic and a short summary of the phones features.

Ok I see that you are shy (or don't care) so I'll post a little wonder to start with.
In fact it's a serie of phones which impresses me more than a specific phone. I'm talking about the NEC N series, the oldest phone of the serie is a couple of years old already.
These phones are realeased in the Chinese market I think (not sure anymore). It seems they can work in Europe as they use GSM 900 and 1800. The main drawback from this phones is the fact that they don't seem to have a mic and speaker built in, you need to use a handsfree kit. However in a ddition to a relly diminutive size, they brough some decent features with touchscreens and TV functions.

Here are a few descs:

Would you like it if SE took a few cues from this serie of phones?

I'll continue then, seeing how busy I am today.

Next contestant, the Neonodes N1 and N2.

The N1 has been out for a little more than a year, after having taken route of the vaporware. I think they're have been 2 years between the announcement and the market availability. You can only purchase this phone from the Swedish manufacter online shop or on Ebay.

This phone introduced a new twist to the touchscreen interface as you would perform action by "drawing" symbols on the screen. I don't think it proved very popular as the touch screen is quite small and it could get frustrating to remember all the symbols necessary to navigate the phone.

I still found that this phone was cool and once again had a very smal size.

I just check on the website (www.neonode.com) and it seems they have announced another phone, the N2. Don't be too excited because it might take a while before you get your hands on it (P990 anyone?).
It is supposed to introced optical touchscreen for a better user experiance (read less frustrating). Physically it looks like a cross between a Samsung D500 and an Archos XS202.
I'd like to have one to play with though.
