Can anyone offer any help on this. My firends XBL account was hacked and as a precaution I set up a passcode for my own account but like an idiot, I forgot it the next day. I've tried loads of combinations and no luck. Do you think if I contact the support team, they'd be able to provide me with the code?
So annoyed I can't play online!

He's able to sign into passport sites but can't play online for some reason. When I was round his house, he showed me how he's lost all the people on his friends list.
But anyway, back on topic, can anyone offer help?

Can't play online? Sure he's not banned? I think if you call the xbox helpline then they should be able to tell you what you can do but i don't think they will be able to sort it out for you. Was it a passcode with the controller buttons or a password?

It was a controller keypress code. Still awaiting a reply from Microsoft.

25 mins on the phone, 20 of them on hold... it's sorted now.
All I needed to do is to delete and recover my profile and that's it.
Back online again and let this be a warning from experiance, if you set a passcode, write it down!
