When i`m using wifi, and i only use wifi, sometimes when i click on the earth to disconnect, sometimes the phone freezes and i have to remove/replace the battery to get rid of it.It`s a long process. This never happened when i got the phone in december.I`ve got the latest firmware. Also when i only have the browser open i get this sometimes
Application
main
Reason code
Esock_Client
Reason number
0
Then when i press cancel or continue i get this
Application
Esock-lp
Reason code
KERN-EXEC
Reason number
3
Then a message pops up saying your phone has restarted to improve performance.Does anybody have the problem i mentioned above with their p990i?
Does anybody know what that mean? I`ve got all the pxxx.No problem with the p800,p900 restarts,no problem with p910i,then problems with the p990i as mentioned above.

have you tried reinstalling the firmware? sometimes the firmware is not installed properly and a re-install fixes the problems

Posted by amanno1
Yes,reinstalled software serveral times

@ammano1: are you running some software in the background? its possible that an application running in the background is somehow messing with the wifi and the browser. try testing the wifi and the browser without any optional software running.

When i`m using wifi there is nothing else running in the background.

I'm getting this problem for the first time.
At home i have WLAN, wpa-psk with tkip data encryption. From now i have wlan at work, but with wpa-psk and AES data encryption. And every time i connect and open a browser, I get exactly as u write, all mentioned errors, restart....

Sucx, anyone knows the sollution?
No apps running in background (directly after restart).

Tnx,
M
