k750i theme hell!

im trying to make a theme 4 my se k750i using se theme maker,the problem is i have a spiderman 3 gif and i resized it to 176 x 220 and put it on it shows up fine on the theme maker but once i put it on my fone it just comes up as a blank screen!!:(

any ideas??
