Im lookig to get a contract phone but dont want to pay more than £15 a month cause im pretty broke at the moment.
Im thinking of going with three is this a good idea? Deal is something like 500 mins any network anytime, plus a phone.
Are there any other deals i could get which will be as good?
I also want a decent phone and threes are crap unless you pay extra is there a way i cud persuade them to give me a w850i or k800i?

I don't think anyone else does contracts at this low rate, do they?

well i will pay a bit more,

Don't think there are any really decent £15 deals out three-the only One's worth considering start at £20....ie. t-mobile flext20 with free weekend calls but that's about it and even then that isn't anthin special unless you make a lot of weekend calls + k800 and w850 ain't free!

until about 6 months ago O2 used to do £19/12 month contracts online but they have upped their minimum to £20/12 month. granted its not much more but its a pyschological difference as £19 always seemed like a bargain

look at "Three's" £15 per month tariff which offers 75 anytime/any network mins, 600 free texts and if you add a bolt on £2.50 you get 10MB Browse.
Im thinking of going with this myself as 02 have really gone crap considering when it comes to GPRS

the last contract I had for my son was 1000/month and he still sent more than 1500/month
I've now just got him unlimited texts on an Orange contract for when he comes back to UK soon (I don't think anyone else does that) but I'm still not sure its going to be enough!

ive got that on 02 kinda, didn't use to make loadsa calls neither but this month ive been on the phone approx 8 hours
500 texts would do me fine but "3" offer 600 of the things for £15
btw anyone know if "3" have caps on there browse allowance?
can you look at any website or is it restricted?

£15 per month for life

I had a life gym membership once, and a life video rental membership too
neither of those places exist any more...
it seems I outlive all these "promotions"

Masseur I once had a Unlimited Text and wap tariff with 02 for £20 per month also had 100 free calls
Three's plans are really good I can't wait till the end of the year to get one i'll be saving quite abit of cash aswell by the looks of it
I hope they offer that 7390 for free round about then too

unlimited texts on Orange big M are limited to 10,000 a month.... anything more is deemed as being used for commercial use (not allowed on a personal contract)
just thought i'd enlighten you!

yeah, thats why I said...
...but I'm still not sure its going to be enough!
my son has the fastest fingers in the west, well... currently in the southern hemisphere, but he doesn't go in for those weedy texting competitions!.
Several times I've caught him texting on two phones at the same time with both hands! (thats my boy!)

I reckon I'd give him a run for his money..
i had nothing better to do with 6 years of my life while working at a phone shop than texting...
a 6310i is the easiest phone to text on by miles..

I'm always dubious of these for life deals! Had a deal with Skodaphone many years ago and there idea of for life was until imy contract ended and I had to choose to stay with either the fucount and no phone or phone with no discount-gits! Did me a favour in the end as now with T-Mobile and couldn't be happier! :o)
