OS version Update - Esato archive

i just wanted to know if there was anyway i could use FMA or anything else, for that matter to update my phone OS to the latest version.

i am currently using FMA with DCU11 serial cable for my k700i
i'm quite fascinated by the new theme support in the new OS in later fones... like the walkman series....
is there anyway i can update my OS to the latest one?
