i've forgotten all about sin, cos and tan but I suppose I best get back on to it..

HAHAH! I always remember my maths teacher saying you'll need to know this in everyday life it came back to bite you on the bum didn't it chuck? I don't need to know it yet but i'm sure i will. Good luck with that.

errmmmm - some of it is, it is mostly like GCSE but using alot more advanced working and theory but we do do advanced stuff like what you are talking about.
Degree level stuff may cover it more though mate
