K800i Speaker problem Help!

Hi,

I have a K800i on Orange. Unfortunately there is a problem with the speaker. The problem is when the call volume is increased there is a buzzing/vibrating sound. I sent the phone off for repair and the speaker was replaced however the problem still occurs! Prior to sending the phone off for repair I debranded the phone(Wotan) and updated the firmware using sues but there is no change. Does anyone have a clue how to fix the problem?
