ok run into a problem, i have been using these headphones on a regular basis but now i have hit a problem.
they are stuck on on. none of the functions no longer work ie skip play pause on and off etc
they are still bonded with my phone ok.
is there a way to reset these??
i would appreciate any help.

have u tried what the mamual says about resetting the headset?

1.make sure the headset is off
2. press and hold the on/off button for 5 seconds or longer. this will make the headset ready to be added
3. pres and hold the on/off button and the call handling button simultanously for 5 seconds and the headset should go off. Voila it is reset!!

if you can not turn it off in the first place i would suggest taking it away from your phone for about 10 minutes. it says it turns off if it does not find a device in ten minutes. or just way for the battery to drain and then perform the Reset steps mentioned above...

thanks for your advice,tried those still no joy,it refuses to turn off or do anything except switch to multipoint mode and back.
i am going to do a warranty return with this 1 .
