K310i as modem connection problem (globe philippines

i have a k310i and a globe prepaid subscriber. I am planning to use it as a modem and i already finished doing the proper modem setup (i think so eheh). The connection seems to work fine with 115.2 kbps speed but when i try to open a site, a window is always popping out saying 'operation timed out'. Can any0ne help me and tell me what's d problem. Thanks.

Yeah did that a hundred times already but still n0 luck. calling all se and globe users out there. Help pls.

Confirm your proxy address ... seems it's not responding...

are you using microsoft IE.? try using netscape or opera.
