I have debranded/unlocked this myself so the only bit of branding is a vodafone sticker instead of the walkman one, but you can get one of these online to replace it if it annoys you that much!
Comes with headphones, 1GB memory stick, usb cable, charger, all instructions fully boxed.
Will take pics if any interest.
Interested in a trade more so than a sale so let me know what you have.
